do not take and redistribute as your own You are absolutely not to take one of my themes, change the credit to your own username, and give it out as if it's your own. Editing a theme, light or heavy, does not mean it belongs to you.

do not use as a base Using a theme as a base does not mean editing a theme for personal use, but rather using a whole or parts of someone else's theme to create your own and calling yourself a theme maker and giving it out for free. My themes were not made to be used as bases for you.

never remove or change the credit You are never to remove my credit, unless you are moving it to an obvious page (such as credits or FAQ). You are never to change the credit to your own username, or someone else's. The only two names that should be credited are jyuubi or manatopia.

what you're allowed to do You may edit my themes in any way. Whether it be through the customization options already provided, or through the HTML/CSS portion. You may use parts of my themes in a personal theme for yourself, as long as I'm directly credited. You may move the credit link to another part of the blog, as long as it isn't difficult to find. You never have to ask me for permission to do any of these things. Just remember to always keep me credited.
